ABOUT ME

Margarite Rogers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) who has extensive knowledge and expierience. 

 

She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 2008 and has served the Greater Mid-South for a decade. Prior to developing this practice; Mid-South Behavioral Health, she worked as a private practitioner for Germantown Behavioral Health as well as Methodist Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as an EAP Counselor. Margarite was the Clinical Program Director for Bradford Health Services; a substance abuse Inpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program. She has also worked at Synergy Treatment Center and LaPaloma Treatment Center as a Inpatient Counselor.

Margarite uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Habit Reversal, and Eye Movement Desensitization as evidence based practices to help clients manage and overcome symptoms associated with traumas and many mental health disorders.  Her practice encompasses children and adults living with Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)/OCD related disorders, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, Tics/Tourette’s, ADHD, PTSD/trauma, and Insomnia.  She also has an extensive background in treating individuals with Co-occurring Disorders and provides Department of Transportation (DOT) Evaluations as a Substance Abuse  Professional.
